Leveraging my expertise in strategic thinking and project management, I lead a team dedicated to delivering impactful wellness programming to our team members. I thrive in environments that value collaboration, innovation, and the ongoing professional development of staff.Since joining Indiana University Health as a Program Manager, I have been responsible for the execution of our strategic vision, ensuring that our wellness initiatives are data-driven and tailored to meet the unique needs of our clients. My role encompasses managing day-to-day operations, including vendor relationships, client support, and the deployment of marketing strategies that drive engagement. I have also been instrumental in managing a suite of wellness vendors, constantly analyzing participation data to optimize our engagement efforts and strengthen the skill set of our four-member team.
