About Amy Wrightson

The ability to help others has always been my mission in life. Prior to joining Edward Jones, I worked in the corrections and healthcare industries, specifically in the behavioral health area. As a financial advisor, I enjoy the opportunity to help people understand their finances and work with them to create a path to achieve their goals. What is your retirement dream? Where do you plan to send your kiddo to college? How can you protect your wealth? When you and I discuss your finances, you will be encouraged to dream out-loud, share your concerns and articulate what matters most to you. Every strategy I offer and every solution I recommend will be created based on your priorities. I help people navigate their journey towards these goals and have made the most impact with young families, small business owners, widows/widowers and executives nearing or transitioning into retirement. Most of my life has been spent in Minnesota where my husband, Chad, and I raised our two sons, Sam and Alex. I attended University of Phoenix where I graduated magna cum laude with an MBA. We recently moved to Sarasota to enjoy the great weather and beautiful beaches. Outside of work, I enjoy watching our son Alex play lacrosse. My husband and I enjoy golfing, going to the beach and stopping for ice cream. In the fall, I can be found watching football games and rooting for my two favorite teams, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Minnesota Vikings.
