I have worked in the financial industry for over twenty five years and have worked in a variety of areas including Commercial Lending, Treasury Management, Operations, Accounting, Legal, Risk, and Credit. I am a Business Banking Portfolio Specialist at Huntington Bank. In this position, I clear collateral exceptions for Business Banking customers and collect past due financial documents that are required for their loan covenants such as tax returns, balance sheets, rent rolls, borrowing bases, etc. In my previous positions at TCF Bank and Chemical Bank, prior to merging with Huntington Bank, I was a Commercial Loan Support Specialist where I supported three lenders at TCF Bank and helped them close complex Commercial loans. I ordered the loan documents, acted as a liason between the closer and lender to coordinate any necessary pieces to ensure a smooth closing and loan funding occurs, and submitted all executed loan documents to our processing center for booking. I also attended loan closings with lenders and meet with clients and act as a Notary Public as needed. Post-closing, I also performed follow-up as necessary with title companies to make sure that all recorded mortgages and title policies are sent to the appropriate areas. I performed a variety of scheduled reporting for management and lenders to ensure that all portfolios were in order, document deficiencies were kept at a minimum, and that required financial documents from customers were on file. In my previous positions at Fifth Third Bank where I was a CRM User Support Analyst, I supported a large Oracle database (CRM) for thousands of users among Bancorp in a variety of ways including assisting users with functionality, data cleanup, UAT testing, data cleanup, training, etc. I really enjoyed interacting closely with all of the users and helping them learn how to use CRM better and to gain insight to make their jobs easier. In my other previous position at Fifth Third Bank, I worked in the Commercial division of Fifth Third Bank where I delivered high touch service to a large portfolio of Healthcare and Middle Market customers. I served as the primary point of contact for all product servicing and set up all new Treasury Management products for all new customers. I also held a variety of positions at KeyBank including a Fraud Analyst, Accounting Specialist, Judgment Processing Clerk, Loan Closing Representative, and Special Operations Clerk.
