About Ana Borgstrom

I am a client focused, result driven professional. In the roles I have held, my motivation has always been client satisfaction built on excellent communication and execution. Through my jobs in sales and project management I have learned how to be a problem solver for my clients, an asset to my co-workers and an ambassador for my company. I believe client relationships are built on respect and driven by team work; I strive to show this to my clients by meeting discussed expectations, going the extra mile and being a subject matter expert. I want to be a solution for my clients even if their needs can’t be met by my product line. I have found that team work is essential to the success of not only the company, but of individuals. I aspire to help others whenever I can to optimize job efficiency, job proficiency and career happiness. Seeing my co-workers succeed and rise inspires me to continue to be better. I understand that I represent the company I work for to my clients and I aim to prove our capabilities through actions. My experience in the world of science has taught me that quality, precision and accuracy matter inside and outside the lab. My passion for these attributes help me succeed in providing an excellent customer experience.
