About Ana Davis

Ana Piqueras Davis was appointed to the role of Head of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) in 2013 at Syngenta Crop Protection at the regional corporate headquarters located in Greensboro, North Carolina. Syngenta is a global agricultural chemical company with a presence in 92 countries and revenue of $14 billion with approximately employees worldwide. In her role, Ana is responsible for leading the North America team who are focused on the development and deployment of health, safety and environment programs across a multitude of business units including: active ingredient chemical manufacturing, crop protection chemical formulation, seeds operations, field production, research & development, and commercial. Under Ana’s leadership, the North America HSE team has established a number of innovative safety programs, including the development of a Syngenta safety culture assessment process that was implemented regionally in 2016 and launched across the globe in 2018. In 2021, Ana took on the additional role of HSE Business Partner to the Global Seeds Development business, serving as Global HSE advisor to the Business. In 2025, Ana started a new role as VP Global HSE at Eastman.
