With a background in economics and over 14 years of experience in the chemical industry, I work at the intersection of governance, stakeholder engagement, and sustainable value creation. As BASF’s Sustainability Manager for the Country Cluster South — covering Argentina, Bolivia, Paraguay, and Uruguay — I lead the implementation of the company’s sustainability agenda by managing strategic sustainability projects and governance structures, building cross-sector alliances, and partnering with multilateral institutions. My focus is on turning global ambitions into measurable outcomes, rooted in the local context and aligned with long-term business transformation.As Co-Chair of the Green Hub (CAMBRAS) and Steering Committee Member of the UN Global Compact Network Argentina, I collaborate with senior leaders and multinationals to shape the future of sustainability — integrating topics like circular economy, carbon management, sustainable finance, and supply chain transformation into business strategy.Certified in Sustainable Business Strategy (Harvard), Climate Science (Harvard/EDX), and Sustainability Management (FGV), I’ve also represented Brazil at the WTO Public Forum in Geneva, contributing to global dialogues on trade and sustainability.My focus today is on what’s next: leveraging artificial intelligence, data-driven decision-making, and digital tools to accelerate sustainability outcomes.
