With over 18 years of experience in Program, Project, and Change Management, I have led complex, cross-functional initiatives across SaaS, technology, and enterprise environments in both startups and global organizations. My expertise spans PMO implementation, agile transformation, and strategic program delivery, always with a focus on measurable business outcomes. Currently, I serve as Agile Program Manager at Bose Global Business Services, where I lead the Workday Global Payroll & Time Implementation, stand up the PMO by defining governance and operating models, and spearhead the “This is the Agile Way” transformation. Since May 2025, I have coached 2 of 7 teams into Scrum, while managing programs across AMER, EMEA, and APAC. I also drive tool adoption (Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, Lucid, SharePoint), launch enterprise communication platforms, and ensure alignment across diverse stakeholders. Previously, at Cisco, I directed 70+ projects annually, partnered with Sales and Customer Success to deliver customer-facing programs, achieved a 98% on-time delivery rate, and led global change management initiatives impacting users.
