About Ana Nunes

I've founded For You Consulting® – Consultancy and Training of International Affairs, Marketing and Sales, Entrepreneurship and Customer experience. During my career, I've been specialised in business management and marketing (traditional and digital), competitive analysis, strategy, internationalisation, entrepreneurship and customer service (back office and front-office). Since 2003, as a certified trainer and consultant, I've been working in several areas such as: industry (printing, ceramics, construction, clothing, catering, metalwork, woodwork, surface treatment, footwear); and services / trade (banks, tooling, decoration, telecommunications, dental clinics, gyms, hair salons, fragrance shops, insurance, real estate, hotels, travel agencies, engineering offices and architecture, optical, greengrocers, of 3rd age home). Since 2004, I've been an auditor mystery shopper focusing my action in areas where contact with the public is straightforward, systematic or should be differentiated (banks, fast food chains, travel agencies, hotels, telecommunications, clothing stores). International Market experiences: Belgium (2003-2004), Portugal (2004-2013), Brazil (2013-2016) and Angola (2016- 2020). Skills: Active, versatile, communicative, perceptive and competent to work in multicultural environments.
