About Ana Romualdo

Graduated at Universidad de Manila with a course of BA-Human Resources Management Development. I have a 2years experience as Technical Coordinator which focuses on documentation and assisting Engineers. After this, I worked as Sales Associate in Security Bank Corporation which focus is selling the products of the said bank, after 6 months I became Sales Associate with a rank of Junior Assistant Manager I experience a roller coaster as the pandemic occurs during my time there, but I am proud that I became one of the top SA bank-wide in terms of CASA. I worked there almost 2years. I decided to shift in a Work From Home set up job as the covid-19 surged again. I worked as Account Support Officer in an Australian base company, a lot of adjustment happened as it is my first time to work in a remote set-up but I am proud also that I cope up easily with the job (thanks to my mentor) as it is a way that my boss satisfy with my attitude towards workload. What I do mostly there was claiming a fund for our clients. We connect to the government of Australia for our clients. I do love working there, but sadly the company decided to hire some employees which is Chinese citizen, for our clients there are mostly Chinese people which having a language barrier. Been worked at financial institution as New Accounts which focus is account opeing, do some KYC, AMLA and etc. Currently, working as KYC Analyst in an international bank handling Midcorp accounts.
