About Ana Rozanova

When we want to tell something to someone, we would come to the person we want to reach. We would not just speak at them, we would listen. Respond to questions. Give time for pauses. Pay attention to the reactions of the other person. I believe organisations can learn a lot from actual human communication. We would never talk alone in our empty living room just for the sake of talking or because we were asked by a donor to do so. Communication for organisations is less about talking. It is about listening, hearing and then responding. It is as simple as that. I’ve spent most of my professional life working on communications in Roma movement, but also have experience in corportate and startups - where things are done very VERY differently. Recently I also started to look deeper into AI and how we can use these tools already available to improve our processes in the NGOs, so we can have time and funds freed up for what really matters. I am happy to help individuals and organisations with my skills to improve their AI and communications, simplify the ways they work.
