Hi! I have fifteen years of experience in Project Management in the Market Research field operations group. I work with cross functional teams in every project to achieve the successful execution of survey programming and data delivery. While also managing field metrics and survey analytics. As Operations Research Manager I’ve gained hands-on experience reviewing data and creating impactful presentations for clients such as Fors Marsh and Univision and more. I also work on streamlining QA processes, significantly reducing errors in project execution. Additionally, I create clear documentation to communicate study goals to vendors and have successfully identified opportunities to cut sample costs. My management and team have recognized me for being flexible and detail-oriented. My current role also involves ensuring YPulse remains compliant with GDPR standards and staying up-to-date with evolving AI laws and regulations.
