I’m the Founder of Mind Over Matter, a consultancy dedicated to developing Emotional Intelligence in leaders and teams. We inspire and support balanced, authentic and purposeful work cultures — leaders who inspire trust, foster collaboration, and make decisions with clarity and empathy. With a background in management, leadership, sales, franchising, and the wellness industry, I bring a holistic perspective that bridges business strategy with human development. Through tailored programs in leadership development, team coaching, and corporate wellbeing, I help companies strengthen self-awareness, communication, and resilience — key drivers of sustainable performance and engagement. Alongside our corporate work, I also lead Coaching with Horses and experiential Team Workshops with Horses in nature, where participants reconnect with themselves, their teams, and what truly matters. These experiences offer powerful insight into presence, trust, and authentic leadership.
