For more than 12 years, I directed the digital-first, marketing efforts for Aventura Mall, a leading, global shopping center. My responsibilities included development and implementation of an annual marketing plan with a multi-million-dollar budget. In this role, I directed branding, digital, website, content creation, special events, public relations, advertising, communications, crisis management and social media strategy. Thus, overseeing objectives to ensure short and long-term business goals were exceeded.
