I am an experienced HR professional, manager, and educator who has been serving employees and students in multiple public education settings for over 33 years. I have enjoyed teaching, coaching, training, developing others, managing programs, and consulting throughout my career. In my current role, I provide employees with consultative services, administer benefits-related services and programs, and surface support and resources to employees’ finger tips. My skill sets are extensive and have been critical to achieving results in a variety of diverse settings. People are at the heart of everything that I do. I am a servant leader who strives to treat each and every person that I meet with care and respect. I pride myself on providing the best customer service possible while creating an experience that makes a difference in each person’s life, even if it’s in a small way.
