Vice President with ~18 years of experience in various roles in Investment Banking Derivative Operations across JPMorgan and Citigroup primarily in roles such as Deal Review / Structured Trade Review, Portfolio Reconciliations/Reporting for clients and Data Quality Management to improve Regulatory Reporting. Since last year I have been supporting the STR expansion to Fixed Income and NAM MO on the Margin loan reviews. Working with relevant FO/MO in both roles we were able to 1) Expand STR to GSP/Rate business 2) Work on Margin Loan/Collar reviews to reduce the Backlog of reviews. Successfully collaborated with regional Data Quality leads to rationalize Critical Data Elements across DEBT and CASH products to simply the Data Quality rules in Collibra. Proven ability in delivering Global projects more recently the onboarding of Rates/GSP to the Structured trade review process through collaboration with multiple stakeholders like Sales/Trading/Quants across regions. Helped ideate and provided SME support to help design the delivery of a Robotics Process Automation resulting in 2 FTE benefit and improved process controls. Managed teams with 12 individuals that supported Clients portfolio reconciliations. Successfully supported system migrations from legacy systems to Trioptima/Tr-resolve that improved process controls and increased efficiency. Supported Thunderhead template generation to automate termsheet/pricing supplement automation resulting in better client experience and supporting controls. Built a Tableau MIS through self learning which included visualizations that provided an insight into client specific breaks and categorizations.
