Has both International and Domestic working experience. Work experience with Ingersoll Rand, Volvo, Doosan, Leyland Deere and Gmmco. Specialised in Business strategy, Organisation building, Product support business, Revival of struggling business units, Leadership mentoring and coaching. In the Last 4 years led the Energy and transportation business of Gmmco to grow from 400 Crores revenues in crores with strategic innovation/adding new business streams/People processes.
