Commercial Vehicle & Construction Equipment financing. Have been instrumental in hiring, training and building teams right from scratch. Have strong experience of both Sales and Product Management esp. P&L Management and Portfolio Management. Winner of Best Zonal Sales Manager for Construction & Commercial vehicle financing in Magma. Have also won various monthly awards on regular basis. Have strong experience in understanding customer better due to varied stints in Bank, NBFC, Rating Agency and now in Business Information Industry. Currently working as SVP & Head Sales of Banking Vertical for Rubix Data Sciences Pvt. Ltd. a Business Information Company. Rubix helps Corporate, Banks, Insurance Companies, and Financial Institutions in understanding their Customers / Counter Parties ( SCM Partners) better by using Artificial Intelligence tools and sourcing data from more than 120 sources to give a complete picture of the customers/counterparties. Was Zonal head for Magma Fincorp Limited for West taking care of commercial vehicle and construction equipment financing. Leading a team of 50 persons with the responsibility of delivering profit for the Zone. Involved in a strategic and important Change Management Project during a stint with Magma. Was Product Head for Construction Equipment & Commercial Vehicle Finance from Jan 13 to July 14. Awarded as the best Zonal Sales Manager Award for 2011-12. Also had successful stints at GE Capital, ICICI Bank and Philips India.
