If I were to describe my journey in one line, I’d say it’s been about learning how to stay calm, think clearly, and take ownership when things don’t go as planned.Right now, I work as an Escalation Manager at Intellipaat. My role puts me in situations where customers are already upset, confused, or disappointed. What I enjoy about this role is bringing structure and clarity into those moments, understanding what actually went wrong, communicating honestly, and working with different teams to make sure the issue is handled properly. Over time, I’ve learned that escalation handling isn’t just about policies or answers, but about trust and how you make people feel during difficult conversations.Before this, I spent several years at Valued Epistemics as a Quality Assurance Specialist. That phase of my career played a big role in shaping how I think. I was constantly exposed to customer issues, internal process gaps, and recurring problems. Instead of just looking at individual complaints, I learned to step back and ask why the same issues were happening and what could be improved to prevent them. It helped me build a strong attention to detail and a habit of looking at problems from both the customer’s and the business’s perspective.Working in quality also taught me patience and consistency. Many improvements don’t happen overnight, they require observation, collaboration, and follow-through. That mindset naturally carried into my current escalation role, where clear communication and accountability are critical.Outside of work, I’m someone who believes strongly in discipline and long-term consistency. Running is something I genuinely enjoy because it clears my head and keeps me grounded. I train regularly, and recently I completed a half marathon. For me, it represents how I approach life and work — steady effort, mental resilience, and not giving up when things get uncomfortable.Overall, I see myself as someone who brings calm, structure, and ownership into challenging situations, whether it’s with customers, teams, or personal goals.
