About Anand Radhakrishnan

I am an Engineer-MBA turned HR professional, specializing in Learning, Leadership Development, and Talent Management. I am also a Leadership Coach and a Well-being evangelist, and blend these interests & skills into my work and personal life. At Elastic Run, I am leading the Learning & Organization Development agenda. Prior to this, I was with Accenture for 7 years, leading and working on learning charters, globally and in India. Prior to this, I worked in Aon Hewitt Consulting, right after my MBA from the Indian School of Business (ISB). I started my career in ABB, and then Infosys, after graduating from NIT Calicut (National Institute of Technology). Apart from these, I was leading two Learning Advisory Councils for PGP and PGPpro programs of ISB in 2019-20. And, not too long ago, I was a Visiting Faculty at a local business school, teaching a full term of 'Business Communications'. I live in Pune, along with my family - mother, wife (Sujata), and two sons (Rishikesh, Raghav). I love playing Badminton & Frisbee, am learning the keyboard along with Rishikesh, and am a budding Waldorf (school) parent.
