About Anand Vardhan

Anand graduated as a Bachelor in Civil Engineering in 2021, and is currently working as the head of analysis at Bhutan football federation, his work usually includes analyzing football matches, scouting players and preparing opposition match reports, on field coaching, working towards player development etc. He has represented his school and district teams from Odisha in the year 2014-15. He was also part of the football team in University that won the Inter-zonal university football Karnataka in 2016-17, along with being part of the team that won the Tumkur district open tournament, earning a chance to represent the district in the state championship where he finished in 3rd position. He was chosen as the captain of the University football team for the final two years of his undergraduate education. He also got a chance to represent teams in the C and B division of KSFA league. He has credible experience working across a range of fields; management, coaching, performance analysis, marketing, operations, business development and financials. He has always been motivated to work in the sports industry, with the intent to embrace people and lead them through sports specifically football and with fascination and past experience in Debating, Data analysis, management, SQL, managing Public relations, Sales, Business operations, Team management, content creation and WordPress, he possesses a unique skill set and expertise required to flourish and thrive in the most challenging of environments.His past professional experience includes working at Kerala united, Minerva Academy FC, Himachal FC, Sudeva Delhi FC,Indian National women's team and Kerala Blasters in assistant coach and Analyst roles. He has been the go-to person for all the head coaches and sporting directors he has worked under for finding solutions to on field and off field problems.He is currently serving as the head of analysis and performance at Bhutan football federation.
