About Ananda Krishnan

Career started with TCS in 1993 for Burrough’s 6900 Mainframe Operations, followed by substantial work experience in Desktop management with the organization. This was followed by a brief stint with Desktop security management for internal organization requirement. was onsite for Johnson and Johnson in California for Datacenter management, Job Scheduling and Monitoring for US and Puerto Rico datacenters. 2005 onwards started working as a consultant for building business opportunities with private and government clients. 2009 onwards started to work for Test Environment Management requirements for Assurance Services Unit horizontal within TCS. My job included Consulting for Test Environment Management both in terms of infrastructure and process governed by ITIL service catalog. As a consultant, I do assessment for the client's Test Environment, to assess their technology stack, maturity in terms of technology mix and utilization of ITIL service catalog across the organization. Post assessment, the client is presented with an GAP analysis report, presentations and approach note for implementation plan and timeline to improve on the utilization and ROI of the test environment setup.
