About Anandi Chib

Currently, I am the manager of School Programs at Ladli Foundation, a national award-winning non-profit organization that empowers girls and women through education, skill development, and awareness. I have a master's degree in social work from IGNOU, a master's degree in history from the University of Jammu, and I have cleared the CTET and AWES exams, which demonstrate my academic excellence and versatility. I have over two years of volunteer experience at Citizen 4 Forces NGO, where I contributed to various projects and events related to women empowerment, education, and health. I also completed a two-month internship at Dastak NGO, where I supported the operations and outreach of the organization. I have developed strong skills in team collaboration, attention to detail, and event coordination, which enable me to deliver high-quality results and impact. I am passionate about learning and spreading my knowledge on social issues and historical perspectives, and I am motivated by the mission of Ladli Foundation to create a positive change in society.
