I've more than 9 years of experience in the DCS Panel and Field Operations of Petroleum Refinery/Petrochemical/Chemical industries (Continuous and Batch processes). Currently, I'm working as an Operations Engineer with M/s Dangote Petroleum Refinery and Petrochemicals FZE, Lagos. and here working for 2 trains of Hydrogen Generation Unit (HGU) and the total capacity is Nm³/Hr Nm³/Hr per Train) Total Plant Work Experiences are as follows: 1) HGU via SMR process Lurgi Technology supplied by Air Liquide; Having two trains of Nm³/Hr each train capacity (Currently working here in Dangote Petroleum Refinery and Petrochemicals FZE, Lagos, Nigeria World's largest Single Train Refinery) 2) Hydrogen Generation via NG-Steam Reforming (6500 Nm3/Hr capacity) and Hydrogen Peroxide via Auto-Oxidation Process (150 KTPA capacity) plants (Previous work experience at National Peroxide Ltd, Kalyan India's largest Hydrogen Peroxide manufacturing plant) 3) Hydrogenation of Fluorochemicals (Previous work experience at Navin Fluorine International Ltd, Surat) 4) Natural Gas Steam Reforming-PSA (SMR) Hydrogen Generation for Nm3/Hr capacity (Aarti Industries Ltd, Jhagadia GIDC) And, 5) Methanol Steam Reforming-PSA (MSR) Hydrogen Generation for 800 Nm3/Hr capacity (Aneeka Universal Pvt Ltd, Tarapur MIDC)
