About Anang Kusuma

I’m a Senior Test Engineering Manager and Site Reliability Architect with over 10 years of experience in software quality, reliability, engineering management, and incident management. My passion lies in shipping high-quality products, cultivating talented and motivated teams, and empowering them to achieve extraordinary outcomes. I believe that success is rooted in a combination of strong leadership, technical excellence, and a relentless focus on continuous improvement. What drives me is a deep curiosity about how we can make things better: 1. How can teams collaborate more effectively? How can we enhance user experiences and exceed expectations? How can we help people do their best work and achieve meaningful outcomes? I am always eager to connect, share insights, and explore opportunities to contribute to teams that are building reliable, impactful, and user-focused solutions.
