Thought leadership with various blogs, podcast, external webinars etc. In previous Engagement was a global lead of workload automation team which provides administration and scheduling services to support batch environment for customers(dedicated/leverage) using products like Control-M, Autosys, TWS, JAMS, Vcron etc. across the enterprise. • Conceptualize, Plan, Design, Automate, Transition and Deliver managed Services for signed contracts. • Lead in the technology selection and Organizational build-up efforts. • Responsible for SLAs, revenue maximization with the program. • Build and manage the various on-site/off-site teams and direct all related People/Process and Technology • Experience in Data center operations, Workload Automation, Account Management, People Management, Transformation Management, Transition Management, DR/BCP Management and Infrastructure Management. Maintain license and billing of Batch workload automation products. • Responsible for conducting POC’s using batch workload automation products. Along with it POC’s using various RPA tools like Blue Prism, Automate, Win Automation etc. • Responsible for effective communication with customers and stakeholders to maximize delivery efficiency. TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES • Expertise in Product Administration for various scheduling tools like BMC Control M, CA Autosys, TWS etc. to support the batch environment for customers. • Designing solution for new client and upgrading environment and infrastructure. • Performing POCs for various workload Automation products, Conducting periodic Webinars/trainings for customers. • Hands on experience in conversion of jobs from one scheduling tool to Control M.(6.4-7.0,7.0-8.0,8.0-9.0), Data center migration, setting up database mirroring, HA, failover and DR capabilities, migration of Jobs from one scheduling product to another.
