I am a computer science researcher studying the use of machine learning and large language model (LLM) approaches for data-driven analytics research. My current projects focus on how LLMs and LLM agents can be used to make the data preparation and retrieval steps more efficient. In terms of applications, I have experience analyzing multimodal biological datasets, ranging from multi-omics to cellular images to clinical signs. I evaluate work based on novel discoveries, accuracy, applicability, and reproducibility. My expertise lies in utilizing AI across diverse application domains such as education and healthcare. I've authored 12 peer-reviewed papers published at leading digital health and computer science conferences.
