Formerly a Data Processing Specialist at Nielsen India Pvt Ltd, I excelled in managing FMCG, Pharma, and Alco Bev databases, earning the distinction of "Promising Young Talent." My transition to Career Launcher showcased my passion for driving growth, where I successfully increased walk-ins and elevated program offerings. My journey continued with an MBA in Human Resources from Symbiosis Centre for Management and Human Resource Development. As a member of the Corporate Relations Team, I spearheaded placements for three consecutive batches, ensuring a seamless transition to the professional world. An enriching summer internship at Titan allowed me to refine my skills in Learning & Development and Employee Relations. Beyond academics, my commitment to excellence drove me to complete live projects at renowned organizations like Vi, PepsiCo, HP, and Titan. Currently, I am a part of Reliance Industries Limited's esteemed Emerging Leaders Program. My first assignment in the HR Growth and Strategy team, within the CHRO's office, has exposed me to pivotal projects addressing HR challenges and business growth. My second assignment in the People, Culture and Infrastructure business has given me a well rounded experience of Talent Acquisition.
