About Ananta Seth

Passionate about global health equity, I hope to utilise my skills in conducting policy analysis, stakeholder management, knowledge translation, donor reporting, business development and strategic communications to further these goals. As a proud feminist and an advocate for accessible spaces and resilient healthcare systems, I believe in the power of cross-collaboration, bridging the know-do gap and promoting global partnerships in achieving equity. Previously, I was the policy and evidence uptake lead for 3ie's immunisation evidence programme, that funded formative and impact evaluations of community-based engagement strategies to increase vaccine uptake in low-and-middle income countries in Asia and Africa. Additionally, I was involved in monitoring and measuring evidence use of 3ie-supported impact evaluations and systematic reviews. As a part of the evidence use team, I worked to adapt the contribution tracing methodology for testing and improving 3ie’s evidence use claims. This deepened my interest in understanding drivers of evidence uptake particularly in low-resource settings and promoting a culture of evidence use for policymaking.
