With a background in mechanical engineering, I have successfully led and executed diverse UAV projects, consistently delivering high-quality data. My expertise extends to health and safety planning, field protocols, and risk assessments, reflecting a commitment to precision and excellence in every endeavour. As operations manager, I spearheaded post-riot surveillance efforts utilizing cutting-edge drone technology in collaboration with the chief administrator of Haryana State. Managing a fast-paced start-up environment, I oversee UAV fleet management, flight planning, flight training, GIS executions, and vendor/client relationships. My responsibilities include collaborating with the leadership team for financial planning and project execution. My previous experience includes working as a UAV Operator for Aeronautics group, Israel, where I operated in challenging environments, including the Central African Republic, supporting UN peacekeeping missions. At Tata Advanced Systems Pvt Ltd, I served as a Senior Executive, specializing in UAV integration, assembly, and testing, accumulating over 100 flight hours on various UAV platforms. Additionally, my tenure at Skylark Drones Pvt Ltd as UAV Field Operations Manager & Trainer involved successfully leading teams in completing projects for renowned clients such as TATA Mines, L&T, Siemens, and Syngenta. My skill set encompasses UAV piloting, problem-solving, leadership, flight test planning and execution, cross-team operations, project planning and execution, client relationship management, health and safety planning, high-tech equipment maintenance, and airspace management. I have a proven track record of training and managing teams, recruiting and mentoring pilots, and successfully transitioning operational models to enhance efficiency and savings. In addition to my professional achievements, I have volunteered as an Alumni Representative and External Project Guide, contributing to developing start-up projects funded by the Karnataka Government. Recognized for my contributions, I have received the "Team of the Month" award twice and created a Pilot Training Module adhering to UK standards. Certified to operate Orbiter 2B and Orbiter 3B, I am dedicated to advancing the field of UAV operations, consistently striving for innovation and excellence.
