I am a dynamic, enthusiastic and technically competent Technical Lead professional with core strengths in planning and implementation of System Administration on WAS(WebSphere Application Server) with a robust track record of managing and administering of remote systems. Currently associated as Technical Lead – WAS with Collabera Technologies, Bangalore, I am providing enhanced Server support for the Test and Development environment. I hold merit of extending high-end technical support on various servers and applications and ensuring high customer satisfaction levels through prompt rectification of their problems. With a strong technical background, I am diligently shouldering responsibilities in providing technical and process related assistance to fellow employees to provide prompt and reliable service to meet the SLA while working on ticketing process based on ITIL. I hold credentials close to 9+ years of working experience in WebSphere Application Server on different platforms like Linux / Solaris and AIX. A WebSphere Certified Administrator on version 6.x, 7.0 & 8.0 I am duly recognized as a hard core Specialist in extending technology services in managing and administering WAS applications. In the course of my association with Collabera Technologies and previous employers, I have significantly contributed in rendering System Administration for about servers on different platforms and offering Level 2 & Level 3 system support. I am handling complex responsibilities including RCA (Root Cause Analysis) and CMR (Change Management Records) and on daily basis and solving the IMR (Incident Management record) on IBM Online Tool (Manage-Now, ESC and ITSM) related to Linux & WAS. With well-honed technical skills, the intent is to ensure smooth running of WAS Applications while tracking flaws and drawing inputs to realign strategies for smooth running of business.
