Led the Silicon power on and board bring-up for Key customer products like Watch, Phone and M.2 LTE modem modules- Server Graphics silicon (GPU) and Xeon server (CPU) based Liquid cooling system design and electrical validation. Four OAMs (600W) on a x4 Carrier Base board interconnected with PAM4 Xelink (56Gbps) and host interface as two Xeon CPUs (350W each) with PCIE Gen5 link for AI/HPC customer deployments. Have experience with 3watts to 600watts silicon, which is unique for a system engineer- Worked on WLAN AP, Data center and Enterprise switch products based on merchant silicon chipsets. Directly managed ODM in Taiwan and China. Owned Statement of Work. Collaborated with Legal and Finance team for budget allocation and approvals.
