As a recent Economics Graduate from Shyam Lal College, Delhi, I am passionate about exploring the intricate workings of the global economy and its impact on society. I have acquired a strong foundation in micro and macroeconomic theory, quantitative analysis, and research methods through my coursework, as well as a Professional Diploma in Data Analytics from Madras Christian College and a certification in Financial Modeling from Skill Nation. Currently, I am applying my skills and knowledge as a Sales and Marketing Intern at Ecotasar, a social enterprise that produces sustainable silk products. In this role, I have developed and implemented a strategy to promote silk scarves as a gift among overseas travellers, created a catalogue for B2B customers, engaged with clients from Japan and the United States in a sales capacity, and digitized the inventory for streamlined management. I have also conducted a SWOT analysis to optimize operational efficiency and identify potential risks. In addition to my academic and professional pursuits, I am an active member of several student organizations, including Falcon Films and FPCS-Fine Arts, Photography and Cultural Society of Shyam Lal College, DU. These experiences have enabled me to hone my leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, and to collaborate effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds. I enjoy reading about economic trends and policies, volunteering in my community, and engaging in fitness activities in my free time.
