Welcome to my profile! I'm Ananth Charan Ravinutala, holding an M.Tech in Microelectronics with a specialization in VLSI from IIT Hyderabad. My academic journey has immersed me in diverse design aspects, including Digital IC, Analog IC, Radio Frequency IC, and Mixed Signal IC. 🧠 Passionate about RTL coding, I've honed my skills through hands-on projects, such as developing an Image Processor with a UART interface and delving into the intricacies of a low-complexity CORDIC algorithm. Proficient in both open-source Icarus Verilog and licensed Xilinx ISE environments, I'm equipped to tackle challenging design tasks. I've also ventured into physical design, working on projects like constructing a 4-bit ALU and designing custom level shifters and aging-aware operational amplifiers using tools like Cadence Virtuoso Suite, Mentor Graphics, and LTspice. Excited about innovating smart devices, I've conceptualized ideas like a thermal-humidity aware smart cooler and explored the potential of modern-day chargers with smart charging capabilities. Delved into methodologies for accurately modeling runtime power consumption, crucial for guiding DVFS and DCS of an Arm CPU with big.LITTLE Architecture, as showcased in my M.Tech dissertation.
