I'm an aspiring Product Manager passionate about building impactful solutions! ‍ I currently work as a Business Analyst at Locobuzz, an AI-driven B2B customer experience management and social listening company. As part of the product development team, my responsibilities include cross-functional collaboration with design, tech, and sales teams, comprehensive documentation of the end-to-end product development process, and the creation of knowledge base articles for the help center. ‍ Previously, I interned as a Product Intern at Yellow.ai, a B2B company offering AI-powered conversational solutions to automate customer and employee interactions. My key responsibilities included end-to-end feature development, market research, handling feature requests, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. I recently graduated with a degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Mumbai, India. Over the past four years, I’ve explored technologies such as Generative AI and data analysis, while also sharpening my leadership abilities through roles like managing the Coding and Literature Circles in college. I’ve also had the opportunity to compete in and win several state-level marketing and debate competitions. My strong communication skills are one of my greatest assets, but I firmly believe that effective research must be backed by data. This mindset drives me to make informed, data-driven decisions in every project I undertake.
