I am a charismatic HSEQ expert with international experience in implementing strategies to mitigate losses for large organizations processing, transporting and storing hazardous material like hydrocarbons, molten metal, and other petrochemicals. I have matured operational experience, while working in direct contact with the middle and senior management of the operations, to improve the level of safety culture among the workforce. I have experience in developing a generative safety culture; therefore I have worked using reactive HSEQ monitoring models to later develop proactive and generative HSEQ monitoring models. The last has strengthened the business relations with customers, partners, federal authorities and third parties. My academic education, professional qualifications and experience make me a competent HSEQ Professional who is able to work in a challenging multicultural environment.
