I am a business transformation enthusiast, with a B.Sc in Accounting (Sp) from the University of Sri Jayewardenepura, Sri Lanka and a CIMA (UK) passed finalist, currently looking for a challenging yet exciting opportunity to grow my career as a Business Analyst or any relevant field, while being a great value addition to the company. During my recent role as a Digital Business Analyst at Aitken Spence PLC, I together with the team, worked towards achieving the three main visions of Customer Success, Operational Excellence, and Workforce Efficiency with the ultimate vision of transforming the whole Aitken Spence group future ready. I have acquired sound knowledge and experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) with the UiPath platform and hands-on experience with the Microsoft Power Platform to develop digital solutions to overcome burning business problems in the organization. I have one year of experience as an Undergraduate Trainee at Aitken Spence PLC in taxation, treasury management and financial reporting which allowed me to gather a mammoth amount of accounting and finance experience. My almost two years of work experience as a Server at TGI Friday's depicts my interest to meet new people. Being very analytical and the ability to challenge the status quo to bring a better future to wherever I am and the ability to offer fresh perspectives to business problems and being an excellent team player and a leader could be some of my skills to highlight.
