About Anashay Wright

I began my journey in education with a simple mission: disrupt what isn’t working, and build what sustains growth for students and the educators who serve them. Over the past two decades, I’ve served in classrooms and boardrooms, as an educator, strategist, and founder, with a focus on literacy, instructional leadership, and community-rooted systems change. In 2016, I founded Disruptive Partners Consulting, where I worked with K–12 systems to design structures that center real student growth, not short-term compliance. From leading large-scale, districtwide initiatives in TX, Colorado, GA, Michigan & Oklahoma, to developing instructional coaching models and literacy programs that accelerated student outcomes within 45 days in alternative schools, my work has always focused on aligning what we say we value, with how we serve. My leadership has helped districts reduce behavioral infractions, strengthen retention, and create hybrid instructional models grounded in real classroom realities. I’ve secured and stewarded over $5M in partnerships by listening first, then building what’s needed. Today, I serve as National Enterprise Account Executive at McGraw Hill, partnering with large districts across Georgia, Florida, and Alabama to strengthen foundational reading, intervention systems, and accelerate learning through sustainable system design.
