About Anastas Daskalov

I bring twenty five years of success in software development. I have held a number of progressive leadership roles in different product and consulting companies. I apply my broad-based expertise in business and technology to each challenge I take on. My mission is to lead organizations by bringing clarity, focus, and delivery. I started my career back in 1996 by coding and integrating business applications and business intelligence solutions for ERP systems. I have consulted global companies such as Schering AG, AstraZeneca, ABB, Electrolux, Sheraton®, Hyatt, and Sprint to implement ERP systems in their divisions across Europe, Middle-East and Asia. A couple of years later I had the opportunity to manage a software development project which turned out to be a success. That experience opened new horizons before me as I witnessed the power of accomplishing amazing results through talented people. I developed a passion for project management and since then I have lead multiple development, implementation, and infrastructure upgrade initiatives in the Telecommunications, Finance, Healthcare, Retail, and the Public sectors, both in Europe and in North America. I believe in empowered individuals, self-organizing teams, and adaptive leadership. I hold a Bachelor degree of Computer Science from the American University of Bulgaria. I also have a number of professional designations, such as PMP, PMI-ACP, Certified Scrum Master, and ITIL.
