Seasoned Housekeeper with around 19 years of experience across brands like ITC, Taj, Marriott & Hyatt.I have developed and demonstrated my skills in managing Rooms operations, Guest service, Sustainability and Team development. I am passionate about delivering best services to our guests, colleagues and owners. I oversee the daily operations and standards of the Housekeeping department. I collaborate with other departments to coordinate and optimize the CustomerService, Inventory management, and Operational efficiency. Previously, I worked as an Executive Housekeeper at Marriott International, where I managed a team of over 100 housekeepers, and implemented various initiatives to improve guest satisfaction, operational efficiency, and environmental sustainability. I have also held Assistant Manager Housekeeping positions at Hyatt Regency Delhi and Taj Hotels, where I gained valuable knowledge and experience in hospitality management, budgeting, and customer service.
