As an aspiring Account Manager with a strong background as a Senior Sales Representative, I bring a unique blend of marketing knowledge, customer service expertise, and excellent communication skills to the table. My journey began at Central University of Technology, where I pursued a Marketing degree and completed coursework in various key areas such as Marketing, Marketing Research, Advertising, and Sales Promotion.During my time at the university, I had the opportunity to participate in Work Integrated Learning programs at The Cancer Association of South Africa. This invaluable experience allowed me to develop essential skills such as creating communication plans, executing marketing campaigns, delivering presentations, and honing my computer skills.To further broaden my skill set, I ventured into the retail industry as a cashier at Dis-Chem Pharmacy and Pep Store. These roles provided me with hands-on experience in customer service and enhanced my communication abilities, enabling me to effectively engage with diverse customers.In 2018, I had the privilege of working as an Examination Assistant for the Department of Basic Education, which sharpened my attention to detail and organizational skills. Additionally, my time at Egis Software as a Data Capture professional allowed me to gain expertise in data entry, teamwork, and further strengthen my computer skills.Currently, I am working as a Telesales Agent at Vumatel. This role has afforded me the opportunity to refine my sales skills, enhance my ability to connect with customers over the phone, and develop a keen understanding of the sales process.As I aspire to take my career to the next level as an Account Manager, I am eager to leverage my diverse background and skill set.
