About Anatilde Morales

My whole life I have been obsessed with HOW? How did this sweater get made? How does this piece of machinery work? How does it save time? I have spent my professional career learning: how things get made? how it is manufactured? learning to avoid bottle necks to get products to the end client easily and quickly. Starting my career in the apparel industry and learning the importance of supply chain and how one little label can literally stop a factory, was my training ground. Throughout my career I have learned how much of an asset it is to collaborate between departments effectively and build trust. Any organization is only as strong as the vendors they have behind them. Relationship building with vendors worldwide has allowed me to meet some incredible people who have supported the business as partners where I have been employed. In building teams I surround myself with people that are efficient, goal oriented, team players and high achievers. When not helping my employers grow, my husband and I are traveling, immersing ourselves in foreign cultures and cooking our favorite dishes for family and friends.
