I've dedicated the past 15 years to Transylvania College, where I've served as the Director of Admissions, driving the school's growth from 270 students to over 700 today. Recently, I've been entrusted with the role of Head of School, which is both an honour and a great responsibility. Prior to my tenure at Transylvania College, I spent a decade in Chicago, building my career in education. It all began as a kindergarten teacher, a role I embraced straight out of high school. While in Chicago, I pursued my degree in Organizational Behavior at Northwestern University, where I also served for 6 years in the Registrar's Office, supporting students and staff. What truly fuels my passion is witnessing the transformative power of education in young people's lives. From the moment they step through our doors to their graduation, I'm inspired by the progress made by each student. It's this journey that continues to energize and motivate me in my work.
