About Ance Arce

Been engaged with URC for more than 24years. Every 5 years, new opportunity comes my way, may it be new position, lateral transfer, new challenges and change of Business Unit. All of them are remarkably overwhelming and been grateful to URC for the opportunity to learn and develop my career and personal growth. During my stay as Systems and Audit Specialist, I was able to get Certification for URC to be accredited as ISO 2015 certified company both for EMS and QMS. It was on the same sprint that URC got certified to Halal Standard. As Corporate Social Responsibility Officer, I developed projects and programs for sustainability as to health and income generating projects that helped indigent families living within our host community to earn money and be self-sufficient. As Agile Project owner to Sustainability Team, our team focuses on Waste Diversion and Recycling of URC's packaging footprints as responsible steward to environment and to comply with EPR law. The project started March 2022 and ends December 2022.
