About Anchana Shaiju

After my schooling i have chosen engineering profession and i completed my B.Tech, i joined for higher studies and i completed my M.E. computer communication from National engineering college and i got motivated to apply for a post of lecturer @ NEC becoz i was attracted with the environment, the research and development facility. I joined as lecturer and handled many papers such as Professional Ethics & Human Values,Information System Design,Embedded Systems,Digital Communication,System Software,OOAD and labs Digital System Design Lab,OS Lab,Data Structures Lab,Visual Programming Lab,OOPS Lab,System Software Lab,CASE tools Lab and attended Workshop on Computer Aided Design of RF Circuits. Presented papers in National conferences.Attended a FDP on Mobile Communication, National level workshop on XML & Web Services. National seminar on Autonomic Computing. National seminar on Embedded System Design and its Application: Research Perception.National workshop on Grid Computing. I enjoyed and learned a lot. I was blessed with my HOD Dr.Manimegalai, experienced with friendly colleagues,fantastic and energetic students, and good management.I was @NEC for 2.6 years. Later on i got married with A.J Shaiju and there comes a need to leave NEC and finally i left NEC unhappily. later i joined MACET in jan 2010 and had some new experiences. In MACET I handled subjects Graphics and Multimedia,Mobile Computing,Fundamentals of computing and Computer Programming, Computer Networks Mobile and Pervasive Computing,Database Technology(PG),ACA and labs Computer Practices Lab I and II,Open Source Lab.Attended workshop on image processing,workshop on Research issues in wireless networks, training on free and open source, FDP on J2EE and i have good responsibilities and a peaceful job @ MACET, and doing my research work. I am blessed with Nandhana Shaiju and Pournami Shaiju. Started to work as Assistant professor in CSE department at ponjesly college of Engineering from July 2024.
