With a Master of Business Administration degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Madras and an Engineering degree in Electronics and Instrumentation from Sathyabama University, I have a strong combination of technical and interpersonal skills that enable me to identify and attract the best talent for UST. I have over four years of experience in the HR field, working as an HR Executive at eGlobe IT Solutions and an HR Recruiter at Sevika Tech Pvt Ltd, where I handled end-to-end recruitment processes, including conducting interviews, negotiating offers, and facilitating onboarding. I am passionate about finding and developing talent that aligns with UST's mission, values, and goals, and I enjoy collaborating with hiring managers, candidates, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth and positive hiring experience. I am also proficient in using various recruitment tools, platforms, and databases, such as LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and Monster.
