As a Human Resource Service Centre Professional, I specialize in providing comprehensive HR services and support to enhance the overall employee experience. Previously, at Alight Solutions, I worked as a Senior Associate in the global talent acquisition team, where I supported the recruitment, onboarding, and retention of diverse and qualified candidates. I leveraged my skills in administration, research, and human resources to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process, as well as a positive and engaging employee experience. Before that I was an Associate - HR Services with three years of experience at Allianz Services, I’ve had the opportunity to hone my skills in managing employee relations, talent acquisition, and HR operations. In my role at the Human Resource Service Centre, I focused on supporting diverse HR functions, ensuring smooth HR service delivery, and fostering a positive employee experience. Throughout my tenure, I’ve developed a strong ability to navigate complex HR challenges, leveraging my expertise to drive operational efficiency and contribute to a thriving organizational culture. Passionate about talent management and employee engagement, I am always looking to learn, grow, and bring innovative HR strategies to the table. I hold an MBA in Human Resources Management and Services from the College of Engineering, Trivandrum, and a BCom in Finance from the University of Kerala. Currently, I am pursuing a Master's in Counselling Psychology to enhance my knowledge and skills in supporting the well-being and development of employees and clients. My goal is to apply my education and experience to help organizations achieve their strategic objectives and create a culture of excellence and inclusion.
