About Anda Greavu

With a Master’s degree in Financial Management from Transilvania University of Brașov, I am an AEU Concur Travel Management Specialist at Autoliv, responsible for the end-to-end implementation, optimization, and governance of SAP Concur across Autoliv Europe. Together with local teams across each European country, I successfully led the full rollout of SAP Concur across all Autoliv Europe entities. Following the implementation, the Concur SSC team now ensures stable, efficient, and compliant day-to-day system operations, providing continuous support and expert guidance to employees and key stakeholders. I work closely with Finance, Audit, Controlling, and HR teams, offering consultancy and operational support related to travel and expense processes, compliance requirements, reporting, and internal controls. My role focuses on driving process standardization while accommodating country-specific regulatory and business needs. With a strong background in accounting, financial reporting, and travel policy management, I specialize in transforming complex travel and expense processes into streamlined, compliant, and cost-effective solutions at a European level, while ensuring high system adoption and an excellent user experience.
