I thrive in agile environment’s that allow space for role autonomy. I have big ideas and require the freedom to express them while challenging the status quo to the betterment of both the direct employee experience and leadership groups. Geeky in the best ways, I carry a penchant for business related data, metrics, and HRIS systems (Dayforce, UKG), which helps me to optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of the human resources functions. I have experience in recruitment, performance management, employee relations and development, community relations, and am intrinsically driven to apply the competencies I've gained in my ecosystem in big and impactful ways.
