However, my passion for community development led me to pivot towards more impactful roles. As a Youth Outreach Facilitator and later as a Provincial Youth Outreach Worker, I developed and executed programs that significantly enhanced youth well-being and access to services, leveraging partnerships with key stakeholders to broaden impact. In 2017, I ventured into entrepreneurship with 2U4U Cultural Events, channeling my passion for Hip Hop culture into creating over 70 events that enriched diverse communities across Canada. This experience not only honed my event management and grant writing skills but also deepened my understanding of cultural development and community engagement. My role as an Artist Programs Manager at Unity Charity marks a significant milestone in my career. Here, I've led nationwide Artist Development initiatives, expanding programs across provinces and streams, and managing a substantial program budget with a high degree of accountability and strategic oversight.
