Since 2004, I have been within sales management, marketing, strategic business development and project management, in which I have built up a solid experience and results nationally and internationally. I think strategically, results-oriented and innovative with an eye for new possibilities and solutions. I have experience with both B2B and B2C markets as well as relationship building to suppliers and other stakeholders for the company. As a leader, I focus on maintaining an optimistic and moody attitude for creating positive energy that leads to positive results. To me self-management through personal coaching is the key to success. I am in favor of the employees having high degrees of liberty with associated responsibilities and demands. I am a good bridge builder between IT and business needs, and I understand moving at all levels in an organization.
